  • Does the rental include decor?
    No, but you are able to decorate how you would like or hire a 3rd party vendor.
  • Can we bring in our own food?
    Yes , we encourage it! At Midtown Play you're welcome to bring in your own food, drinks, cake, and snacks to make your celebration just the way you want it.
  • What is needed to book?
    Valid ID Signed Waivers Signed Contract $250 Refundable Deposit
  • How big is the space?
    9000 square feet 8 play rooms
  • Is this space available daily?
    No, we only do bookings on Saturday and Sundays, between 10am and 6pm.
  • What are the ages you can book for?
    We aim at children ages 1 years to 6 years old, but no older than 1o years of age
  • How much does it cost?
    4 Hours = $500 6 Hours = $700 There is a $250 REFUNDABLE deposit due to secure the date and is returned same day after a property check of the space when your party is over.

Midtown Play Policies

No smoking, vaping, alcohol

 

No more than max guest agreed upon at booking (event will be cancelled if more guest are present than what was agreed upon)

 

Leaving after your scheduled time will forfeit your deposit 

 

You can cancel for a full refund of deposit up to 7 days after initial deposit (after that no refunds) 

 

Food/Drinks only allowed in the Cafeteria area 

 

Must wear socks at all times 

 

Children must be supervised at all times  

 

You are responsible for ALL guest 

 

Waiver and contract agreement must be signed before official booking 

 

Any damages to building or property inside building will forfeit your deposit
